SAPTCO and Cluster2 Airports Sign MoU to Develop Integrated Transport Solutions

As part of its strategy to strengthen its position in the land transport sector and expand its national partnerships, the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cluster2 Airports Company, the operator of 22 local, regional, and tourism airports across the Kingdom. The agreement aims to develop integrated transport solutions that connect air and ground transportation, enhance operational efficiency, facilitate passenger mobility, and elevate the travel experience in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Khaled Alhogail MD - CEO of SAPTCO, and Eng. Ali bin Mohammed Masrahi, CEO of Cluster2 Airports. The agreement seeks to strengthen joint cooperation in developing ground transport services linked to airports, establish effective communication channels with airlines, and explore smart digital solutions that improve passenger experience and boost operational efficiency. It also includes the implementation of joint marketing initiatives and the exchange of information and expertise between both parties to enhance service quality and meet customer expectations.
This partnership reflects SAPTCO’s strategic direction to expand the provision of integrated mobility solutions for its customers, while Cluster2 Airports works on advancing the airport ecosystem and connecting it with modern transport systems. Together, the two parties open new horizons for collaboration and innovation that will elevate passenger services and reinforce the Kingdom’s position on the global map of integrated transport.
