Eng. Khalid ALHOGAIL Named Among the Region’s Top 100 Business Leaders for 2026 by CNBC Arabia
CNBC Arabia has named Eng. Khalid ALHOGAIL, CEO of the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO), to its list of the Top 100 Business Leaders in the Region for 2026, highlighting an elite group of influential leaders shaping the region’s economic landscape, driving growth, and shaping the future of business and markets.
The list recognizes leaders who have made a tangible impact within their respective sectors and organizations, based on an assessment methodology built around five key criteria: financial performance, economic impact, innovation, governance, and resilience and sustainability. These criteria reflect the value a leader brings to their organization and sector, as well as the broader impact of their leadership on the economy.
The recognition of Eng. Eng. Khalid ALHOGAIL has also served as President of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) since 2021, becoming the first Arab to hold this position. Furthermore, he has served as President of the Arab Union of Land Transport (AULT) under the League of Arab States since 2022, and assumed the presidency of the Arab Transport Experts Council in 2026.
