Qassim Bus
The public transportation project in the Qassim region. The project serves a network of different lines within both the city of Buraidah and Unayzah Governorate, through scheduled and organized trips with a total distance of 508 km to and from, for all routes, as the number of established stations reached 210 stations covering most of the attraction points in the cities mentioned above, By providing 73 modern buses equipped with amenities and safety, and designed to serve people with special needs. The capacity of each bus is 89 passengers, operating 18 hours a day, from 5:30 AM until 11:30 PM, seven days a week.

Public transport card balance refund terms and conditions
- Card validity period: One year from the last use.
- Refunds are allowed from (50) riyals and more, anything less than that remains on the card.
- The customer will be deducted from the recovery expenses equivalent to 20% of the recovered amount.
- The refund will be refunded by communicating with our customer service and the refund process will be completed within 14 days.
