Taif Bus
Public transport project in Taif city, the project contributes to the operation of a regular network of service routes by providing (58) modern buses equipped with amenities and safety and equipped to serve people with special needs operating around (18) hours a day from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm seven days a week through (9) main paths linking the most important centers, landmarks and attractions in the city through (184) stops and scheduled trips with a total distance of (293) kilometers. The project, which will serve more than two million beneficiaries annually from the population of Taif and And its visitors in raising the level of safety, reducing congestion, facilitating the movement of transportation within the city and providing multiple transportation options.

Public transport card balance refund terms and conditions
- Card validity period: One year from the last use.
- Refunds are allowed from (50) riyals and more, anything less than that remains on the card.
- The customer will be deducted from the recovery expenses equivalent to 20% of the recovered amount.
- The refund will be refunded by communicating with our customer service and the refund process will be completed within 14 days.
